Welcome to your new home.
The concept
That The Resort lives up to its name is immediately noticeable when you step over the threshold
You see, feel and almost feel it in colours, solutions and material choices.
Here, the experience is warm, calm and stylish.
A carefully selected interior design concept signed by the interior designers at Ekeby Bruk. The floor is also in oak. The wide single-stripe styles help set the tone for the entire apartment. The result is beautiful and practical at the same time. The oak floor is also lacquered with ultramatt. Something that makes it alive, on
bordering on unprocessed, but at the same time incredibly durable. The inspiration from Öland is clearly visible in the form of sand, natural colors and oak.
But here is also the connection to the Swedish design heritage. With its clean clear lines and simple, austere directness.
Architecture
Sustainable architecture that protects nature
At The Resort you will be greeted by a carefully selected interior concept, signed by the interior designers at Ekeby Bruk. The floor is also in oak. The wide single-bar styles help set the tone for the apartments. The result is both practical and beautiful. The inspiration from Öland is clearly noticeable in the form of sand, natural colors and oak - but here there is also the connection to the Swedish design heritage with its clean, straight lines and simple austere directness.
Accommodation
A modern home in a timeless design
The apartments are carefully designed with connections to Öland in every detail. This is reflected in the houses' well-thought-out layout, sunny terraces, balconies and shared pool. With its own character, planning and place on the color scale, each house contributes to creating a living feeling in harmony with the surroundings.
The interior design
Nature, part of the room
The kitchens are modern, completely free of handles. The connection to the landscape outside the windows is repeated in the shutters, painted in a light warm beige color. The same warm color that adorns the bedroom's spacious wardrobes. The quartz composite worktops from Silestone are reminiscent of limestone, but provide resistance and durability. The appliances are of course from high-quality Miele.
The interior design
Granite and sand color
The connection to Öland and its nature is also visible in the bathrooms. The walls are clad in a light but warm granite ceramic, and the same goes for the bathroom floor. In contrast to the sand-colored tile, the mirror cabinet and the bathroom chest of drawers are in oak. And just like in the rest of the home, every detail is characterized by quality.
At The Resort, you get help with big and small things. For example, the opportunity to come home to a clean home, a freshly made bed - or why not a chilled bottle of champagne when you arrive at your new home?
When you are not on site, membership in the housing association gives you the option of flexible renting through the adjacent Ekerum Resort.
Through a collaboration with Mio, we offer a complete furniture package - everything to make moving into your new home as easy as possible.

A dip in the sunset
As an owner of an apartment at The Resort, you have access to a shared spa area with a swimming pool and sauna. Here you will find the tranquility of a unique place that offers relaxation in an environment that has been chosen with care.
Common areas
Community areas with social opportunities
In addition to the high-quality apartments, additional features are planned that can be used exclusively by the residents of The Resort. The “garden” will have a lush lawn and plans are underway for an orangery, cultivation plots, boules court and golf cart garage with associated storage.
The image is an illustration. The concept and content of the new area will be developed in 2025.
