The five architect-designed houses consist of wood and contain a sufficiently selected interior design concept signed by Ekerum Resort with inspiration from Öland in the form of sand, natural colors and oak.

Free rental with good income opportunities

Through a complete rental package with an external partner, the possibility of good income opportunities is given without lifting a finger yourself. The package includes everything from marketing in all imaginable channels, booking system, guest contact, payments, cleaning, bedding and maintenance.

You decide for yourself which weeks you want to rent out - and the rest will be taken care of.

Furniture package

Through a collaboration with Mio, we offer ready-made furniture packages before you move in.
In other words, you can have a fully furnished home when you get the keys in your hand.

The furniture packages are produced in collaboration between Mio and Fantastic Frank's installation manager and are in harmony with the visual identity of the project.

Cleaning & service package

At The Resort, you get help with big and small things through The Resort's own property manager Axcell. For example, the opportunity to come home to a clean home, a freshly made bed - or why not a chilled bottle of champagne when you arrive at your new home?
